Dakota Isle was the next sim we set up as Lehon in June/July 2009. Frustrated and dealing with real-life issues, I left Second Life, thinking I'd never return. But then my sister Viso gave me a notecard with the log of our group meeting, where she talked about leadership. You know how real life can ruin Second Life; our second life doesn't exist without real life, that much is clear. I wasn't exactly back when things started to improve in real life; the following year, 2010, I left home and moved to another European country. So 2009 wasn't a good year for me; I was completely devastated. But when I came back and read those damned log, I realized that my friends, who were rarely on the sim I was paying to use when I was online, needed me. At least, that's what I thought at the time. I'm sticking with the same plan as on Black Cat Narrows, with a few adjustments, such as space for a castle and a more comfortable arena. Unfortunately, I can't report much about our activities this time. There was a RP breakdown on Lehon, regrettably. But I'm back, and Viso's words have made me change things—not just in Second Life, where no one noticed me, but also in my real life. And that has completely changed my life.

A good leader has mental toughness to withstand criticism and not be discouraged. A leader should be able to keep they own counsel until the proper time.
[16:12] Visolela Naidoo: Peer respect doesn't reveal leadership ability, but it can show character and personality. "It isn't important that people like you. It's important that they respect you.They may like you but not follow you. If they respect you, they'll follow you, even if they don't like you.
[16:13] Visolela Naidoo: A leader has a quality that makes people listen to them; they have a "holding court" quality about them. When they speak, people listen. Others may talk a great deal, but nobody listens to them. They're just making a speech; thats not leadership. Take notice of people to whom others listen to

[16:13] Visolela Naidoo: A leader knows his people and looks out for them. Keeping them informed and involved is another way a leader shows they care to make sure all know whats going on. The leader ensures that what is being conveyed is understood, surpervised if need be, and accomplished. Communication is the key
[16:14] Visolela Naidoo: Training as a team, a good leader knows, helps employ his group to utilize all abilities to their fullest capabilities.
[16:14] Visolela Naidoo: Whatever leadership role you eventually end of getting always remember one thing: take care of your people.
